धनबाद(DHANBAD): बरवाअड्डा मामले में डुमरी विधायक जयराम महतो सहित चार आरोपियों को सशर्त अग्रिम जमानत मिली है. अदालत ने जयराम कुमार महतो सुशील मंडल, महेंद्र साव और राजकुमार मंडल को अग्रिम जमानत तो दे दी है, लेकिन कई शर्त भी लगाई गई है. अदालत ने जो शर्तें लगाई हैं, उनमें---
(1) The petitioners shall not disturb, threaten or in any manner whatsoever cause any inconvenience to the informant or his family members.
(2) One of the bailors shall be the present pairvikar of the concerned petitioners. The other bailor shall be a close relative of the concerned petitioners.
(3) The petitioners shall attend the learned Court below on each and every date physically till framing of charge. In case of any single default, the learned Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond furnished by the concerned petitioner.
(4) Each petitioner shall deposit a self-attested copy of his Aadhaar Card along with his mobile number before the learned Court below and shall not change the said mobile number during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the Court.
(5) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the proceedings before the learned Court below.
अदालत ने आदेश में कहा है कि आरोपियों की पहचान स्पष्ट है और उनके फरार होने या जांच से बचने का कोई आरोप नहीं है. साथ ही ऐसा कोई तथ्य सामने नहीं आया है , जिससे किसी हथियार या आपत्तिजनक वस्तु की बरामदगी अथवा किसी अन्य उद्देश्य के लिए आरोपियों की हिरासत में पूछताछ जरूरी हो. इस आधार पर आरोपियों को अग्रिम जमानत दी जा रही है.
अभियोजन के अनुसार 22 अगस्त को बरवाअड्डा पुलिस ने एक मामले में गणेश दास को नोटिस देने गई थी. वहां पुलिसकर्मियों से दुर्व्यवहार और सरकारी कार्य में बाधा डालने के बाद गणेश दास को हिरासत में लेकर थाना के हाजत में रखा गया था. इसके बाद विधायक जय राम महतो ने बरवाअड्डा थाना प्रभारी को व्हाट्सएप ऑडियो कॉल किया। आरोप है कि रात में वह समर्थकों के साथ थाना पहुंचे, जहां पुलिसकर्मियों से दुर्व्यवहार, धक्का मुक्की और गिरफ्तार व्यक्ति को छुड़ाने का प्रयास किया गया.
